Pardon me while I toot my own horn today, folks. My Chili Pepper Water is better than other brands on the market because it is made in an authentic way. If you see other brands, for the most part, they look like your typical, run-of-the-mill hot sauce. What I mean is, you don’t see the delicious pieces of Peppers and Garlic.
There may be one pepper in other brands, but the flavor isn’t there. It either is blended and looks like all the other hot sauces or just water. Chili Pepper water should be clear or translucent (hence why it’s called chili pepper “water”). The other brands don’t have the same onolicious flavor as mine.
Don’t get me wrong: I’m not saying the other brands are bad or don’t have flavor. It takes time to make mine, and those other companies just try to make it quick and cheaply. I have been working on our brand for a little over two years to get people here on the continental mainland to see and taste a clear hot sauce; I am so happy when I see their surprised reactions. Chili Pepper Water is for folks that like a vinegar-based hot sauce with lots of flavors. It’s not just about how hot you can get it. Many of our customers tell us they use our hot sauce as an everyday condiment. Also, when they taste our hot sauce, they are surprised at how good it tastes and what they can put it on, and how they can cook with it. I am confident that Kimo’s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water Hawaiian Hot Sauce will become a staple in American cooking. It will become well known as an everyday hot sauce and more!
