Ingredients
4 cups of pumpkin puree
2 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
1 cup of coconut milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of Kimo's ONO Grindz Jalapeño Hawaiian Chili Pepper Water
Jalapeno slices (optional)
Preparation
In a pot, combine the pumpkin puree, broth, and coconut milk.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in a tablespoon of the jalapeño chili pepper water.
Serve hot, and garnish with jalapeno slices if you wish.
