4-6 Pork Chops
1 onion of your choice (we use Vidalia) sliced
1 package of sliced mushrooms
2 cans of golden mushroom soup
1 can of water
Salt and pepper to taste
Kimo’s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water
Season pork chops with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Add vegetable oil to the skillet. Heat pork chops on medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.
Remove pork chops and place them in a Dutch oven or oven-safe container.
Heat onions in a skillet until tender.
Pour onions over pork chops.
Make the gravy by combining 2 cans of golden mushroom soup with 1 can of water.
Add mushrooms and golden mushroom gravy to the Dutch oven and cover.
Put in oven at 275 for 4 hours.
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes if desired.
