Pasta of your choice (prefer linguine or spaghetti)
1-2lbs of shrimp
Juice of 4 lemons
Parmesan cheese, grated
1 stick Butter
1-2 tbsp Minced garlic
½ cup of dry White wine (whatever you drink, you can cook with)
Kimo’s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water
Cook pasta according to the box.
Put olive oil in a pan and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink.
Take out shrimp, add a bit more olive oil and garlic cook for 1 minute.
Add wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
Add shrimp to the pan to warm up.
Plate the pasta with the shrimp and sauce on top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Serve with wine and crusty bread.
For a little extra kick, add a few dashes of chili pepper water and enjoy!
