  • 6 Granny Smith or Red Delicious apples

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup of Kimo's ONO Grindz Habanero Hawaiian Chili Pepper Water

  • (Optional) Crushed peanuts


  1. Insert a wooden stick into each apple and set aside.

  2. In a saucepan, melt the sugar until golden brown.

  3. Slowly stir in the heavy cream and the habanero chili pepper water.

  4. Dip each apple into the caramel sauce.

  5. (Optional) sprinkle or dip apples in crushed peanuts.

  6. Place on a sheet of wax paper and allow to cool.
