What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay in several different ways: 1. Credit/debit card 2. PayPal
When will my order ship?

We try to ship all orders as soon as possible. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing and shipping. Once we ship the items (usually via USPS) we will send you a tracking number.
Will you make other products?

We are brainstorming other products as we speak! We also love suggestions, so if you have any ideas for new food or beverage products, don't hesitate to email us at info@kimosonogrindz to let us know.
My purchase is a gift. Can I send it to a different address and if so can I include a note?

Absolutely! We are happy to ship your order to any address within the United States. On each product page, there is a space to leave a message. We'll make sure to include that message in the box.
Can I have my order expedited?

At this time, no. We are constantly working on improving our service and may add this feature in the future.
Do I need to sign up for your email list?

Signing up for our email list is totally optional. We do suggest signing up, however, because we like to keep you updated on the latest news and recipe ideas. When you sign up, you will automatically be entered into our monthly giveaways. Your email is totally secured with us. We never sell them or even show them to anyone else.
