Shipping Policy

We try to save you money and hassle as much as possible. In order to do this, we have decided to offer shipping at a flat rate of $5 on all orders. Please allow 48 hours for items to ship. It may be sooner, but we ship at least every other day. Once your package has shipped, we will let you know the tracking number and estimated date of arrival.

At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do offer returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Make sure to take photos of the box and items and send them to us at info@kimosonogrindz.com with the reason for the refund or exchange request and we will let you know your options in a timely manner.
