Ingredients
10-inch Tortillas (Corn, flour, or wheat)
Shredded Mozzarella or any white cheese
Pizza sauce or pesto sauce
Toppings of your choice
Preparation
Place tortillas on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread sauce on the tortilla.
Add mozzarella cheese.
Add toppings.
Add more mozzarella cheese if desired.
Bake in a 450-degree oven for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Cut and serve.
