Ingredients

  • 10-inch Tortillas (Corn, flour, or wheat)

  • Shredded Mozzarella or any white cheese

  • Pizza sauce or pesto sauce

  • Toppings of your choice

Preparation

  1. Place tortillas on a baking sheet or pizza stone.

  2. Spread sauce on the tortilla.

  3. Add mozzarella cheese.

  4. Add toppings.

  5. Add more mozzarella cheese if desired.

  6. Bake in a 450-degree oven for about 5 to 10 minutes.

  7. Cut and serve.
