Package of chicken breasts or thighs
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp Onion powder
About ½ c of hoisin sauce
Kimo’s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water to taste
Butterfly chicken so it’s not so thick.
Season each side with salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, and onion powder.
Pan-sear chicken until cooked (165 degrees internal temperature).
Put chicken in an oven-safe pan. Coat the tops with hoisin sauce.
Put in the oven to keep warm: 200 degrees for about 10 minutes or until you’re ready to serve.
Add a few dashes of Kimo’s ONO Grindz Original Chili Pepper Water to taste.
