  • Package of chicken breasts or thighs

  • 1 tsp Pepper

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Ginger powder

  • 1 tsp Onion powder

  • About ยฝ c of hoisin sauce

  • Kimoโ€™s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water to taste


  1. Butterfly chicken so itโ€™s not so thick.

  2. Season each side with salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, and onion powder.

  3. Pan-sear chicken until cooked (165 degrees internal temperature).

  4. Put chicken in an oven-safe pan. Coat the tops with hoisin sauce.

  5. Put in the oven to keep warm: 200 degrees for about 10 minutes or until youโ€™re ready to serve.

  6. Add a few dashes of Kimoโ€™s ONO Grindz Original Chili Pepper Water to taste.
