Ingredients

  • 5 potatoes

  • 2 eggs hard-boiled and chopped or cubed

  • 3 to 4 heaping tablespoons of Mayo

  • 2 Carrots

  • 2 stalks of Celery

  • ½ onion

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Kimo’s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water

Preparation

  1. Boil potatoes. Let cool then slice them into cubes and put them in a big mixing bowl.

  2. Chop carrots and celery and add to the mixing bowl

  3. Add salt and pepper to your taste.

  4. Add mayo and stir. If it’s not thick enough, slowly add more mayo.

  5. When everything is good to your taste, you can serve it right away or refrigerate it and let it set up.

  6. If you want a little kick, add a few dashes of Kimo’s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water and enjoy!
