  • Chicken breasts or thighs

  • White Pepper

  • Sea salt

  • Buns of your choice

  • Cheese (optional)

  • Kimo's ONO Grindz Original Chili Pepper Water


  1. If your chicken is thick, butterfly it.

  2. Put the solids of Kimo's ONO Grindz Original Chili Pepper Water and half the liquid in a bag and add chicken.

  3. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.

  4. Put the remainder of the liquid from the bottle in a squirt bottle.

  5. Place the chicken on a 225-degree grill, and cook on each side for 4-5 mins or an internal temperature of 165.

  6. Every minute, squirt the chili pepper water liquid on the chicken.

  7. Add cheese if you like and your preferred toppings and enjoy!
