Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 3 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 cup soy sauce

  • 5 cloves of garlic chopped

  • 1 small fresh ginger sliced

  • 1/2 apple quartered and sliced

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Kalbi ribs or flanken, however many you need

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients, except the ribs, in a bowl or big measuring cup.

  2. Put ribs into a large plastic bag and add the marinade.

  3. Get out the air from the bag and seal it shut.

  4. Massage the ingredients over the ribs.

  5. Refrigerate overnight.

  6. Cook on the grill or grill pan for 4-5 minutes on each side.

  7. Add your favorite sides and some splashes of Kimo's ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water of your choice and enjoy!
