  • 1-2 lbs of fresh broccoli

  • 3 Tbps Olive Oil

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Kimo's ONO Grindz Original Chili Pepper Water


  1. Cut stems off of broccoli and cut crowns into bite-size pieces. If your stems are edible, peel the outer skin and cut 1/2 inch diameter.

  2. Bring salted water to a brisk boil.

  3. Place broccoli and cook until al dente.

  4. Have an ice bath ready and put broccoli into an ice bath when broccoli is a brilliant green color. Strain.

  5. In 12 12-inch saute pan, add olive oil, broccoli, salt and pepper, and Kimo's ONO Grindz Original Chili Pepper Water.

  6. Cover for 1-2 minutes.

  7. Plate, serve hot, and enjoy!
