Ingredients
1 can of spam
1 stalk Celery
1 Onion
1 carrot
3 cups of cooked white or brown rice
½ package of bacon
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp powdered ginger
1 tbsp of minced garlic
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
½ to 1 c of soy sauce
2-3 eggs scrambled
salt and pepper to season
Green onion to garnish
Preparation
Cut spam into cubes. Fry in skillet until browned.
Cook bacon and cut it into small pieces.
Cut onion, carrot, and celery into small cubes.
Put sesame oil in a wok or pan on medium-high heat.
Add onion, carrot, celery, a pinch of salt, and pepper.
Add cooked bacon and spam. Stir continuously until veggies are tender.
Add ginger, and garlic and stir.
Add the rice and stir until incorporated (non-clumpy).
Add oyster sauce.
Add soy sauce ½ c at a time. Taste after adding to see if more is needed.
Stir continuously until everything is incorporated.
Add eggs and keep stirring for another 3 to 5 minutes.
Shake some Jalapeno or Original Chili Pepper all over for a nice kick and flavor and enjoy!
