  • Protein or veggies of your choice

  • 1 cup shoyu

  • ยฝ cup oil

  • ยผ cup mirin

  • 3 large garlic cloves, crushed

  • ยฝ Tablespoon ginger

  • ยฝ cup dark brown sugar

  • 5 green onions, finely chopped

  • ยฝ cup sesame oil

  • Kimoโ€™s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients into a gallon zip lock bag, Marinate beef or chicken for 4 hours. Shake the bag well.

  2. Cook over charcoal or broil in the oven.

  3. Serve over rice of your choice and shake on some Kimoโ€™s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water for an added zing!
