Ingredients

  • Protein or veggies of your choice

  • 1 cup shoyu

  • ½ cup oil

  • ¼ cup mirin

  • 3 large garlic cloves, crushed

  • ½ Tablespoon ginger

  • ½ cup dark brown sugar

  • 5 green onions, finely chopped

  • ½ cup sesame oil

  • Kimo’s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients into a gallon zip lock bag, Marinate beef or chicken for 4 hours. Shake the bag well.

  2. Cook over charcoal or broil in the oven.

  3. Serve over rice of your choice and shake on some Kimo’s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water for an added zing!
