Ingredients
3-5 chicken breasts or thighs (or turkey) poached
2 packets of chicken gravy
2 c of chicken stock
2 packets of mashed potatoes
1 stick of butter
1 box of dry stuffing
Salt and pepper to taste
Kimo’s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water
Preparation
Cut cooked chicken or turkey into cubes or chunks. Place in a greased 13x9 pan.
Cook chicken gravy using chicken broth according to packet directions and stir until it thickens. Pour over cubed chicken/turkey.
Cook mashed potatoes according to box directions. Then spoon onto chicken/turkey and gravy mix. Don’t stir but rather slather it on top.
In a bowl, mix melted butter and dry stuffing. Then spoon it onto the casserole and spread it out so it coats the top.
In a 350-degree oven, place the casserole and cook for 20 minutes.
