  • 1lb elbow pasta

  • 1/2 finely chopped onion

  • 1 finely chopped carrot

  • 2 hardboiled eggs chopped (optional)

  • 3/4 cup of mayo (add more a little at a time if needed)

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • sometimes I'll add 1 large white potato (optional)

  • Kimo's ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water


Mix it all up and that's it. It's so easy!
