Ingredients

  • 1 package of ground beef (or your ground meat of choice)

  • 1 onion diced

  • 1 bell pepper diced

  • 1 package of mushrooms sliced

  • 1 tbsp of minced garlic

  • 1 tsp of parsley

  • 1 tsp of Italian seasoning

  • 2 16 oz cans of tomato sauce

  • ยผ c of red wine (like cabernet sauvignon)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Kimoโ€™s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water

Preparation

  1. Brown the ground meat until cooked through.

  2. Add the bell pepper and onion.

  3. Add bell pepper and cook on medium heat for about a minute or 2 then add onion and cook another 2 minutes.

  4. Add mushrooms, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, then salt and pepper.

  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

  6. Add tomato sauce and wine. Stir to incorporate. Then add Kimoโ€™s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water flavor of your choice. You can even add the entire bottle plus the chopped ingredients!

  7. Let simmer for 3.5 hours. Stir occasionally (Be careful of splatter. Use a splatter screen or cover).

  8. Serve over pasta of your choice. Enjoy!
