Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs of jumbo shrimp

  • Olive oil

  • Garlic

  • Lime juice

  • Kimo's ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water

Preparation

  1. Soak skewers for at least a half-hour ahead of time in water so they don't burn.

  2. Thread shrimp onto skewers.

  3. Brush with a mixture of olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, and Kimo's Chili Pepper Water.

  4. Grill until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
