Ingredients
2-3 lbs of jumbo shrimp
Olive oil
Garlic
Lime juice
Kimo's ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water
Preparation
Soak skewers for at least a half-hour ahead of time in water so they don't burn.
Thread shrimp onto skewers.
Brush with a mixture of olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, and Kimo's Chili Pepper Water.
Grill until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
