Ingredients

  • 1 package of ground beef (or your ground meat of choice)

  • 1 onion diced

  • 1 bell pepper diced

  • 1 package of mushrooms sliced

  • 2 tbsp of butter

  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch

  • 1 tbsp of water

  • 1 can of beef broth

  • 1 tbsp of ketchup

  • 1 tbsp of Worcester sauce

  • 1 8oz package of shredded mozzarella cheese or sliced provolone

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Kimo’s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water

Preparation

  1. Brown the ground meat until cooked through.

  2. Remove meat and in the same pan/skillet add butter.

  3. Add bell pepper and cook on medium heat for about a minute or 2 then add onion and cook another 2 minutes.

  4. Add mushrooms then salt and pepper.

  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

  6. Add ground meat back to skillet/pan and mix to incorporate.

  7. Add beef broth. Pour in ketchup and Worcester sauce over the meat mixture and mix to incorporate.

  8. Make a pocket in the middle of the pan/skillet. Mix cornstarch and water then add to the pocket in pan/skillet. Mix to incorporate.

  9. Cook until sauce thickens (about 3 to 5 minutes).

  10. Add shredded cheese to the mixture until the cheese melts.

  11. Spoon the meat mixture onto a hamburger bun. Add provolone cheese if preferred.

  12. Add your favorite flavor of Kimo’s ONO Grindz Chili Pepper Water and Enjoy!
